Pre-Orders
Some of our products are available on a pre-order basis. If your order includes a pre-order item, please note that it will ship once the item becomes available. The estimated availability is listed on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready. We’ll keep you updated via email as soon as your order ships.
Order Processing
For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

Delays may occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods.
Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, or your local postal service, depending on your location and shipping method.
International Orders
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist.
