Opened and normally used batteries are eligible, including promotional purchases. Normal signs of use alone do not make a return ineligible. Return shipping is on us for all eligible returns.

Please return all original accessories. Original packaging is recommended; tell us if any accessories or packaging are missing before we arrange your return.

Email [email protected] with your order number. We will provide the return address and a prepaid label or another return method at our expense.

For ordinary voluntary returns, any original delivery charge is not refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility, refunds and your statutory rights.
