This is an extended warranty plan. A battery does not need to be sent back to request cancellation of the plan.

For cancellation or refund requests, email [email protected] with your warranty order number and the battery serial number.

If the post-purchase appearance review finds exterior damage and the battery is not eligible, we will cancel the warranty plan and refund the amount paid for the plan.

Add 12 or 24 months of warranty coverage.

This optional paid plan begins when your included 18-month warranty ends. The total warranty period is measured from your original battery purchase date.

How to purchase

All time limits below run from your battery's original order date.

Within 30 days	Purchase directly. No photo review is required.
After 30 days, up to one year	Purchase first, then send photos. After purchasing, email photos of your battery's exterior to [email protected] for review. If exterior damage is found, we will cancel the extended warranty and refund the amount paid for the plan.
More than one year	No longer available for purchase.
